The rubber moulding was shredded to pieces the first day my 3 1/2 yr old female lab was finished playing with it. Bad, unsafe and unnecessary accent. You should offer other colors too. Way over priced for the quality. We have stopped using. How do I get my money back??????????????
Great concept, product needs development.

I received this item, unpacked it, filled it with food and 5 minutes later my dog had chewed off all the rubber bumpers leaving bits of purple rubber all over the floor and I assume in her belly (1 yr old Rhodesian Ridgeback). This toy is worthless for dogs who like to chew or gnaw (which covers a good number of breeds).

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!
I have two puggles, one 20lbs and the other 30lbs, each of them painfully got their lower jaw stuck in the hole of the ball. just recently i had to take my smaller dog to the hospital because it would not come off. She was sedated and the ball was removed but not after a $200 charge to put my dog under. This product is not safe!

My dog LOVES this toy. You can control how much comes out. When it gets down to the end it gets very hard to get any out so he gets frustrated- I usually just unscrew it and pour out the rest for him at that point. I had to kick it around a few times at first so he could see thats how the food came out… Then he went to town!

I bought this after seeing all of the positive reviews. I was a little concerned about the openings on each end being too big for the kibble. Luckily they must have redesigned this toy as it now has plastic tabs that you can snip off to customize it with the size of your dog’s kibble. I’ve been using a Kong toy up until now and although the Kong is excellent, its a pain to stuff it to be a challenge for my dog (usually need to freeze it) and a little difficult to wash.
I feed my puppy 3 cups of kibble a day (bksft, lunch and dinner). I put 3/4 of his food in his bowl and reserve a 1/4 cup for the Busy Buddy. I’m feeding him Blue Buffalo Large Breed Puppy kibble. Although Blue’s kibble is smaller in size, I didn’t have to modify the plastic tabs. The toy dispenses the kibble perfectly to keep my dog occupied for a good while.
