The shipping cost as much as the balls. So a canister of tennis balls, granted they squeak, cost almost $10.
EEk, I won’t do that again.

If these balls were, say, maybe 20 cents a ball they would be wonderful but at their current price they are so overpriced.
My dog is not an aggressive chewer and loves to play with this play but.. after maybe 20 times playing with it and the chuck-it it no longer squeaks it can still be played with but.. it’s not the same.
Other dogs who chew and or slobber a lot the toy gets filled with saliva and if you play with it in the water it will get filled and start to sink: you can squeeze the liquid out but it’s gross especially if it is saliva- EW!

Our Wheaten Terrier has been addicted to these since he was a puppy – and takes great satisfaction from chasing them and squeaking them. However they don’t last very long – I think about one week is about average. However, they’re pretty cheap and so we just resign ourselves to a regular re-order.

We bought these for $5.32 with Super Saver Shipping, which is a great price! Real tennis balls would cost more, and these squeak!

My dog goes nuts over these! She just loves to play with them outside in the yard – one squeak out of them and even if she’s in the deepest sleep she jumps up and is ready to play. I agree – sometimes the squeaker breaks and then rattles around inside the ball, but we can still play fetch! They are better than tennis balls because they are softer for her to hold in her mouth and catch, and even though they might break I just buy more . . . with my australian shepherd not many other toys (besides the kong rubber toys) last more than 5 minutes in the house – she destroys them. I think they are well worth the fun!
