I was not sent the item that I ordered. I ordered the Brewers Yeast with Omega 3. I am still waiting to receive my credit. I puchased the item the end of November – it is now the begininng of January 2007.

I bought this for my animals to use in conjunction with their other flea treatments. I had read somewhere that fleas don’t like the taste of the blood when this is in the animal’s system. Don’t know if that is true or not, but I had to give it a try. Didn’t have lots of fleas, but enough to be annoying.
My adult cat and two dogs have these in their breakfast food each morning. One of the dogs and the cat eat them like treats, but the other dog doesn’t care for them, so I just put them in the food. (1 tablet for every 10 lbs. of weight)
I have not seen any fleas on my animals in over a week now and the scratching has pretty much stopped too.
This is also supposed to be good for skin and coat. All of my animals have very nice coats and no skin problems.

Ordered this as I have heard the Brewers Yeast with garlic can help control ticks. I use frontline and have put down pesticide in the yard, but the ticks this year are terrible. After adding this, it seems to have cut down the number of ticks I’m finding on the dogs by 75%. Dogs love it and they think they are getting a treat (don’t have to hide it in cheese or anything).

I use these for doggie treats…they are healthy and the dog goes insane for them. Garlic is a natural antibiotic, Brewer’s yeast is a great source of vit B. I think they go a long way to making my 14-year old dog a bit healthier than normal old dogs.
I have purchased this item for years, just found a new source, and this seller couldn’t have been better to buy from.

Our dog thinks it is a treat, but it’s very healthy for him, according to the trainer at the behavior classes we took. She says it helps keep fleas away, too, for whatever that’s worth.
