It tells you how to train your dog to do quite a few different things, and at the end it tells you to use the same principles taught in the book to train your dog to do other things if you want to. Before when I would tell my dog to sit, he wouldn't pay any attention, but when I started using the hand signal this book says to use, he started obeying. Now he almost always sits when I tell him to, and sometimes he'll even sit just when I show him the hand signal. I'm looking forward to using this book to train my dog to do other things as well. I wish it had pictures, but the descriptions in the book are good enough to let you know what to do.
